The Video Consultation process that we offer is in accordance with the GDPR legislation (General Personal Data Protection Regulations) and follows the same online booking process that we usually offer. Appointments are encrypted and each appointment is managed by a unique link. The video stream is processed in Europe.

When a patient makes an appointment for a Video Consultation, he accepts to fill in all his information which is needed to use the service. He will encode his bank details necessary for the payment. Then, at the end of the payment procedure, we obtain the patient's consent in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). In other words, no further action is required on your part since we receive their written consent.

In accordance with our privacy policy, payment details are protected and card numbers are encrypted, while the Video Consultations are individual and not recorded.
