Next, to ask the opinion of your patients who made an appointment via the online Doctoranytime appointment tool, you can also ask the opinion of the patients for whom you (or your secretariat) have encoded the appointment in the agenda.
To activate this function you need to go to the tab "Reviews" en tick the box "Enable reviews for CRM appointments".
Don't forget to click on "Save" to save your settings.
Subsequently, each patient for whom you have encoded the e-mail address will receive an evaluation e-mail after his appointment. 👍
