In this article we explain how you can import the data of your patients via a CSV file into your Doctoranytime agenda.
There are a few simple steps you need to follow. We are here to help you every step of the way so that none of your data is lost.
1. Preparing your database
First of all, prepare the file you wish to import with your patients' information.
The file must be one of the following formats: CSV, XLS or XLSX.
We therefore recommend using this template.
You can leave fields empty if you do not have the information or if it is not important for your practice, but you can't remove any columns.
The columns with the first name and last name are mandatory. Only if this information is in a single box in your current database can you include it as a full name and leave the boxes for the first name and last name empty.
We advise you to follow the formats present in the template at the date of birth (dd/mm/yyyyy). We are always willing to help you and facilitate your database import process so that it is possible to change this information once your database has been imported.
We also advise to include the email addresses and mobile phone numbers, as notifications about your services can then be sent to your patients.
2. Select the columns you wish to import
Select the columns to be imported from your database by selecting the column name.
3. Send invitations to your patients
Once your patients' information has been imported into Doctoranytime, you can invite them by e-mail and/or text message to make an appointment with you or to find out more about the services you currently offer.
Below you will find three different examples of e-mails that you can use and from which you can choose the most appropriate one.
After 72 hours you will receive a confirmation from the Doctoranytime team if your patients database has been properly imported. After we have send the invitations to your patients, we will send you a confirmation.
From now on, patients can always find you on Doctoranytime!
